Processing times

• Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Made-to-order and customised products may take approximately two weeks to create before dispatch.

• Processing times may vary during busy periods. Any significant delay will be communicated to the customer.

Shipping

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed.

For Leo is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, severe weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please contact us if your parcel is significantly delayed so we can help investigate.

International orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their country unless these charges are clearly collected at checkout.

Local pickup

Local pickup may be available in the Seven Hills or Parramatta area by prior arrangement. Collection details will be provided after the order is confirmed.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Contact For Leo as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot always be changed after dispatch.

For Leo may accept requests for customised colours, fabrics, embroidery or scripture designs.

Custom orders are subject to material availability and must be approved before production begins. The final price and estimated completion time will be confirmed with the customer before payment.

Customer approval

Customers are responsible for checking all supplied details, including:

• Names and spelling

• Colours and fabrics

• Measurements

• Scripture references

• Embroidery or design instructions

Once production has started, changes may not be possible and may result in additional costs.

Handmade variation

Each For Leo product is handmade. Small differences in stitching, pattern placement, colour and dimensions are natural characteristics of handmade production and do not automatically mean the item is faulty.

Customised products cannot be returned for change of mind. Customer rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly made products remain protected under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns

Unused, non-personalised products may be returned within 10 days of delivery if they are in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact For Leo before returning an item. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Custom and personalised products

Because customised and personalised products are made specifically for the customer, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This does not limit your rights if the product is faulty, damaged or significantly different from its description.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Please contact For Leo as soon as reasonably possible with:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Depending on the circumstances and Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
